Water leaks can cause severe damage to the property and if left untreated can lead to mold, causing health proplems for those living there.

Electrical issues can not only be inconvenient but can lead to fires.

An unstable surface or a tripping hazard in the permanent condition of the property can lead to falls.

Air filter changes are the tenant's resposibility and can effect the air quality inside your home, be sure to change them regularly.
